The Fourth Perm Congress of Legal Scientists, an
annual theoretical and practical conference, took place in Perm Krai. The theme
of the congress was ‘current problems of law science and law application in the
environment of developing Russian laws’. The Chairman of the permanent organizing
committee of the conference is the President of Perm State National Research University,
Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, honorary man of science of the RF,
Malanin Vladimir Vladimirovich. Cofounders are courts
of Perm Krai, Perm Regional Department of the Association of Lawyers of Russia; legal scientists of lead Russian and foreign scientific
centres, public authority representatives including Perm Krai Governor, Victor
Basargin take part in the congress activities. UKey is a most active participant of the conference, being a cofounder, a sponsor and a member of plenary
meetings and round tables. A Ukey employee,
candidate of legal science, senior teacher of Perm State National Research
University Civil Law Department, Dmitry Korotkov, made a report on the novels
in the civil law at a workshop of the Congress.
